The Derby Shoulder Instability Rehabilitation Programme:

Marcus designed the programme to help treat patients that have dislocating shoulders.  The most difficult group of people to treat are those that have never had an injury and were born with hypermobile (excessively flexible) joints.  The programme has been shown to be very helpful for this group of patients and is now widely used in the UK and in 6 continents.
